A varied flora

Our hives are set in 16 different places in the departements of Loiret and Yonne. They visit a large selection of flowers in the woods, prairies, bushes-covered slopes, farmland, wetlands near rivers and ponds, hedges and even occasionally gardens.

At the end of the winter they take pollen from hazel and forage throughout the year for pollen anrd nectar in willows and blackthorn, cherry trees, various fruit trees, especially apple trees, rape fields, dandelions, clover, acacia, linden, chestnut, brambles, fields of sunflowers, sweet clover, buckwheat, alfalfa, phacelia, the buddleia, cotoneaster, ivy flowers …

This way we can produce honey variety and ensure a balanced diet for our bees.
